Kava "Piper methysticum" is most commonly used for anxiety and relaxation, a non-alcoholic beverage made from the root of the kava plant, that is popular in the Pacific islands.
Some people take kava for:

After you drink kava, you may notice that your lips feel slightly numb. Don’t worry, that’s a totally safe, normal reaction, that’s because two of the major kavalactones—dihydromethysticin and dihydrokavai, which are natural pain killers.

Recommended doses range between 70 and 250 kavalactones milligrams per day. Serving size 2 - 6 tablespoons of kava root per 8 ounce glass.

STRAINS OF KRATOM WE SERVE
Kratom Strains are generally divided into three different colors. Red-vein, White-vein, or Green-vein. This division is dependent on the color of the stem and vein of the leave. This color determines the effect the kratom leaf will have on the mind and body. Different color means a different effect and a different chemical composition.
DOSAGE
It's always been difficult to stand out and recommend the right dosage for any blend of kratom. Every kratom user is unique in their own way. This means that the dosage recommendable for one user might be very different from another user. This is because there is an individual body factor that determines the amount of kratom you should consume. For instance, body size, experience, and other body factors affect the amount of kratom to be taken. Generally speaking, a serving is between 2-8 grams of Kratom per 12 ounces serving of tea.
Red Vein Kratom
Red Vein Kratom leaves have red-colored stems and veins. Red veins produce pleasant calming effects. It gives peace of mind and it gives you a feeling of well-being and optimism. In addition, red kratom is suitable as a sleep aid for people with insomnia. Physically, the red vein is known to relax the body and relieve pain. White Vein Kratom
